Navidu is a trade name of Invoid Vision BV. This page is a draft B2B subscription template; a signed, lawyer-reviewed agreement will govern the service.
Subscription and ownership
The offer and contract must specify the chosen plan, VAT, minimum term, notice, price lock and any setup fee. The domain is registered in the client’s name from day one.
Service scope
We set up the client’s own WhatsApp and Telegram business accounts; the client answers chats. Telegram Premium is paid by the client. No ranking, AI-mention or new-review-count guarantee applies.
Review response and export
The intended service promise is a response to every Google review within 48 hours, or that month is free. The contract must clarify calendar versus working hours. Buyout after the minimum term costs 3× the monthly fee with full export; the founding price basis needs confirmation.
